With 12+ years in math education and an MS in Applied Mathematics, Shweta founded URAcademy2XL after seeing firsthand how the right support can unlock a child's full potential.

Priya Rajan
English & Literacy Coach
Priya specializes in building reading fluency and writing confidence through story-driven, hands-on sessions. Her students consistently jump one to two reading levels within a semester.

Math Enrichment Specialist
Arjun focuses on advanced problem-solving and competition math for Grades 6–8. His students routinely excel in placement tests and qualify for accelerated middle-school programs.

2018
Founded
Shweta launched URAcademy2XL from a home classroom in Alameda with eight students, one whiteboard, and an unshakeable belief that every child deserves a real chance to succeed.

2019
First 100 Students
Word spread quickly across the neighborhood. By year two, we had welcomed over 100 families and added our first two dedicated instructors to the growing team.

A Dedicated Home
We moved into our own space at 2311 Encinal Ave — a proper classroom designed for focus, collaboration, and the kind of energy that makes students actually want to show up.

English Program Launched
Responding to requests from families who wanted a complete academic foundation, we launched our English & Literacy program — rounding out our core offering alongside Math.
